The partners have strong history as both principals and investors in real estate, banking, finance and marketing. Further we have many years experience working with the Hispanic customer base that is often overlooked and undeserved by traditional banking.

Our core focus is the acquisition of residential real estate in concentrated Hispanic markets that are acquired at deep discounts. The company then converts these properties through its targeted marketing and sales into income producing assets. In order to achieve maximum investor returns the company employs two key methods.
